Short answer

Importers hear “it is only a chemical” and “it is hazardous” in the same email. The words point at different files. Separating them is what keeps a booking, a warehouse label, and an import permit from being argued as if they were the same document.

The customs heading on those same shipment records is HS 2839.11. The packaging notes state HS 2839110000. Buyers often write the same heading as HS 2839.1100. Put the code your broker will declare. A heading on a past Zhongzhi Chemical bill of lading shows how that shipment was entered. Your broker confirms the code for the next entry.

Packing Group III is the group printed on those records. It is the packing group inside Class 8. Export shipments use dangerous-goods packaging and marking where the destination requires them. The packaging notes already say to confirm the classification and the packing requirement for the specific destination and carrier before booking. If a later SDS revision and this paragraph ever disagree, the SDS revision is the one that travels.

Verify first

• The HS code your broker will declare. HS 2839.1100, HS 2839.11, and HS 2839110000 are the notations already used for this heading in buyer correspondence and on Zhongzhi Chemical’s published records.
• The document list your adviser needs for the use at destination. Ask for it on the RFQ, with the commercial fields.

What an RFQ does not complete

Food-grade status, an FDA filing, and a registration in the buyer’s name are outside this page. Where a substance registration exists, coverage of a named importer is a separate confirmation. Zhongzhi Chemical does not complete an FDA filing, a food-grade approval, or the buyer’s registration from a blog or from an RFQ.
