How to verify these independently
The credentials page sets out each register, reference and verification route in full, including the national standard the plant helped draft.
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System: Certificate status is searchable at cnca.gov.cn and kcb-china.com using the registration number.
- ISO 14001 Environmental Management System: Certificate status is searchable at cnca.gov.cn and kcb-china.com using the registration number.
- EU REACH Registration: ECHA dossier UUID ECHA-65ad1760-a24d-49dc-a9bf-6bd19019c2da. The ECHA registration number is released on request. Tonnage coverage for a specific importer is confirmed by the Only Representative.
- KKDIK Pre-Registration (Türkiye): Pre-registration status is confirmed by the Only Representative (Chemleg, OR-01085). The pre-registration number is redacted on the issued letter and released on request.
- K-REACH Registration (South Korea): Registration is confirmed by the Only Representative (CIRS Group Korea, kreach@cirs-group.com) against Power of Attorney CIRS-022-2024-00402. The registration number is redacted on the issued letter. Tonnage coverage for a specific Korean importer requires a separate K-REACH tonnage coverage certificate from the Only Representative.
Why the certificates carry a different company name
These certificates were issued to Shandong Longgang Silicon Technology Co., Ltd., the company’s former registered name. The name changed to Shandong Zhongzhi Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. on 2026-04-10. It is the same legal entity: the unified social credit code — 913707865677295728 — is unchanged, and appears on both the certificates and the current business licence. A company’s credit code does not change on a rename, which is what makes the two names checkably the same company.
