Disodium metasilicate, CAS 6834-92-0, is registered under EU REACH in the over-1,000 tonnes-per-year band. This registration does not cover sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, CAS 10213-79-3. Importer coverage still has to be confirmed for the requested substance identity, supply chain, annual tonnage and importer legal entity.

Ask us for the ECHA registration number, then quote it to your own regulatory adviser or to the Only Representative. It is redacted on the published certificate rather than withheld: it is the number that belongs in section 1.1 of the safety data sheet, so a downstream user can confirm coverage before the goods enter the EU.

What this does not claim

Registration covers Disodium metasilicate — EC 229-912-9, CAS 6834-92-0 only. It does not cover sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, CAS 10213-79-3, or other silicate grades.
REACH registration is a regulatory filing, not a quality certification. For CAS 6834-92-0 it says that substance may lawfully be placed on the EU market at the registered tonnage; it says nothing about the specification of any batch, and it does not cover CAS 10213-79-3.
Tonnage coverage is administered by the Only Representative and confirmed per importer. An EU buyer should ask for coverage confirmation before the first shipment.

Why the records carry a different company name

Every record above is filed under Shandong Longgang Silicon Technology Co., Ltd., the company's former registered name. The name changed on 2026-04-10. The unified social credit code — 913707865677295728 — did not change, and appears on both the certificates and the current business licence. A Chinese company's credit code survives a rename, which is what lets an auditor confirm from outside that the two names are one legal person.

What is not on this page
